  Never again will I deal with this establishment. For starters, their customer service skills are nonexistent. I once called in an order and when I arrived to pick it up, a few Arab guys were in a huddle talking. I tapped the counter to let them know that I was present and they looked at me, then continued on with their conversation. As a result, I left. I hadn't yet paid so I lost nothing.
  
  I decided to give them another shot figuring that maybe the first situation was a one off but this time, much the same thing happened. I called to place a pickup order, I arrived and when I got to the counter, an Arab guy was there and talking on the phone. He looked directly at me and continued talking on the phone without even acknowledging me. Then, when the pizza came, I took a look at it and told him that the cheese was burned. What does the Arab guy do? He took the pizza to the back and sprinkled some cheese on it that was slightly melted. I was extremely insulted by such actions.
  
  I used to go there regularly but now, I will never spend another cent in their store. They used to have good pizza that lived up to their name but their quality has gone down the toilet. I read the post of another reviewer who mentioned how Arab store owners act in black neighborhoods and I'm in agreement with that person. And this is coming from someone (me) who has a great disdain for those who play the race card but I've got to call a spade a spade. Arabs in black neighborhoods act disgustingly towards their target customer base. For that reason, never again will I step foot in their store or any other Arab owned store for that matter.

  Some people have bad experiences or is lying about this place. Me and my people love the food and there a lot better than the any other pizza shop I been too around here. This is camp creek Best Pizza. Not washington rd. Before some of you complain can you please make sure your talking about the right pizza place. Best Pizza in Atlanta #TeamBestPizza

  I initially ordered a pizza today at 4:45p, the pizza arrived at 5:08p... Fast right...... That's because they delivered it UNCOOKED! I called right back at 5:08p and requested a new COOKED pizza be delivered and as of now at 6:00p I still have no pizza to eat. The customer service at the place is BEYOND REPREHENSIBLE! At no time did the owner or staff apologize for the error but told me if I wanted it well done I should've asked for it. I replied, "no... I just wanted it cooked" and offered no compensation for the fact that i'm still waiting over an hour later. This is the second time I've ordered from here and received the same below standard level of Customer Service. They will NOT get a third opportunity......
