  Went through the drive-thru at 5pm Sunday after Thanksgiving. Ordered 2/piece fish and fries. Got home ready to have a good meal, but everything was COLD. Fish was cold. Fries were cold and tasted old. Even the hush puppies were cold. What a waste of money. I could have had a turkey sandwich. Lesson. Learned.

  If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. This location is the reason I will NEVER go to any other Captain D's EVER again in life. This location is also the reason why now anytime I get a beverage from a fast food restaurant that I did not get myself, I have to open the lid to make sure nothing is floating around in my drink. When you are in food service there is no room for mistakes or a bad night because serving food is honestly a liability. I don't give bad reviews until I have experienced something very serious at an establishment. And the disgustingly way my food was prepared and the filth that was in my drink is something that I will NEVER forget.
