  Horrible I place a order for three piece chicken two breast and a leg but I didn't receive that instead they gave me two legs and a breast and it took forever to get it. I have been trying to call but they never answer the phone i will never stop there again.

  Unprofessional. First all the drive thru was wrapped so I opted to go inside at 8:30pm. Get to the door and it's locked. the sign states closes at 9pm. Soon as I get in my car, the manager unlocks the door for a walking customer. If u r short staffed, hire people. Nobody wants to wait in a long line. Yes I drove out my way to get Popeyes.

  Staff may be polite and keep the place clean, but that is the only up-side. The food is *terrible*, though that's mostly the fault of the chain itself and not the people cooking it. It's hard to make good food when you're given garbage ingredients, after all.
  
  Church's Chicken uses the lowest quality chicken I have *ever* encountered at any fast food joint, which looked this awful greyish colour under the batter. It wasn't soft like chicken could be, and instead was hard and chewy. The batter was a lackluster layer of crunch with no flavour of its own aside from the grease. I got mashed potatoes as a side, and they tasted just like you would expect from dull, mass-produced mush wish gravy, but somehow even the gravy managed to be nowhere near the quality of even KFC. All in all it is seriously the worst place you could go for chicken. Regretted spending my $7 there and didn't even finish more than one piece of my chicken.
